By purchasing one of my products, you are purchasing a personal-use license to use and modify the product. You are not purchasing ownership or redistribution rights to the original files or assets.
Please make sure you have read and understood these terms before purchasing.
GENERAL USE
All purchased avatars must remain private. Do not upload or distribute my paid avatars publicly unless the public version was officially uploaded by me.
Do not leak, trade, resell, share, redistribute, or re-upload my avatar files.
Do not price split or share the cost of one purchase between multiple people. One purchase = one user/license.
If you are purchasing an avatar as a gift for someone else, please provide the recipient's correct information at checkout.
You may only obtain my products through my official store or another source directly authorized by me.
Leaked, ripped, or otherwise illegally obtained copies of my products may not be used.
You are free to use my avatars in videos, streams, screenshots, social media posts, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Credit to my shop is appreciated but not required.
You may refer to a customized version as your personal edit, but please do not claim that you created the original avatar, model, sculpt, or assets.
Future VRChat or Unity updates may occasionally cause older avatars or features to stop working as intended. Updates or fixes are not guaranteed, although I may provide fixes when possible.
I cannot guarantee support for modifications, custom edits, third-party packages, or changes made outside of the original avatar setup.

You are welcome to customize your purchased avatar however you like for personal use.
This includes:

COMMISSIONS & UPLOADING
You may send your purchased avatar files to a trusted editor or uploader for the purpose of editing or uploading the avatar for you.
The files may only be used to complete your commission and may not be kept, reused, shared, or redistributed afterward.
The editor or uploader does not receive their own license to use the avatar through your purchase.

Upload Service
You are welcome to upload your avatar yourself.
If you would prefer me to upload it for you, I offer an optional upload service through my Discord ticket system.
Upload fee: $5 USD per avatar
To request an upload, open a ticket in my Discord server and provide the requested purchase information and account details.

REFUNDS & SUPPORT
Because my products are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
